Adam S. Gluntz began his musical life at eight years old studying piano. In 2011, he graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy from Baldwin Wallace University with a minor in music and piano as his primary instrument. His piano repertory includes Beethoven’s Piano Sonata No. 8, Op. 13 “Pathétique”, Bach’s Prelude and Fugue in C Major, BWV 846 (from “Das Wohltemporirte Clavier”), several variations from Bach’s Goldberg-Variationen, BWV 988, and several preludes from Debussy’s Préludes, Livre I.

Additionally, Adam has studied voice since he was 16 and has sung with several churches, including Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Akron, Ohio and Annunciation Eastern Orthodox Church in Akron, Ohio. Adam has also performed with the Bach Festival Chorus at Baldwin Wallace University, including works such as Bach’s St. Matthew Passion, St. John Passion, and Christmas Oratorio. With the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus, Adam has sung in Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9, Op. 125 and Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana.

In terms of non-classical music, Adam has collaborated with folk singer Maggie Haury as a guitarist and backup vocalist playing Irish and American folk music. Adam also plays the Irish Flute and the Pennywhistle.
